Rashmi Humagai

I made an appointment with MultiCare for my annual check up in December. I provided all my insurance information ahead of time and specifically told them I was coming in for my ANNUAL CHECKUP which is a preventative service that is fully covered by my insurance. I saw Dr. Rashmi Humagai. During my appointment they took my vitals (blood pressure, height and weight) and asked about my medical history since I was a new patient. This is all that was done. They later billed my insurance with a code for a visit that was not covered claiming it was not a check up and charged me $400. They also recorded my weight wrong (calculating my BMI incorrectly) and called me with conflicting information about lab results without even being aware someone else had called me. Disorganized and unprofessional. Everytime I tried to resolved things with them they gave me generic scripted answers and never tried to work things out in good faith or showed any care or understanding. Would never recommend.
