Dr. Rashmi Jain, MD

Dr. Jain is brilliant, compassionate and spends TIME with her patients. She saved my life, has a ferocious spirit and goes the extra mile for her patients. She referred me to the best transplant clinic, seamlessly transitioned me to dialysis and had me in the best of care. I am forever grateful to her.

Ever since my diagnoses wit lupus at a very young age, I've seen the best of the best and the worst of the worst all over the world in the medical field. I honestly don't make time to even waste my breath with writing reviews because physicians these days tend to neglect their patients mentally and emotionally and results in the decline of health in most of their patients, Where as Dr. Jain stood out to me. She truly went out of her way to work with me and the progression of my health. I am so fond of her that I don't consider any other doctor advisable unless i am referred to by Dr. Jain. She honestly needs to be commended for her line of work, she is one in a million, the best of the best.

Overall best experience

Plus - Doctor diagnosis okay. Minuses - 1) Looonnnng wait time. Even if you're the first patient, other patients gets squeezed in somehow and doctor comes in late from hospital, etc. 2) Staff and doctor relationship is dysfunctional. Doctor gets upset with and puts down staff constantly. Staff themselves give bad customer service. Like the saying goes, "You reap what you sow".

This Dr. walks in late. why schedule patients when shes not even there? The wait isn't everything she's constantly yelling at her staff. It's uncomfortable being in an enviroment of yelling and humiliation torse the staff.I changed doctors and i'm happy where I am at now. I highly recommend for you not to see her. She's so unproffesional

This physician keeps you waiting for long periods of time. She is never on time. During the patient appointments she yells at her staff and blames them for things that are the MD responsibility meanwhile humiliating the employee (who are very helpful)This office is obviously way understaffed and obviously the MD is too cheap to hire more staff and the staff in this office is never consistent so that back ups the above comment. Sometimes she great, sometimes she too preoccupied. The office is never consistent within the past year or so. I'd find a different MD/Nephrologist.

Dr.Jain does a thorough review of symptoms and patients complaint. She also provides a fully detailed progress note of her findings and recomendation for treatment plan. On the down side, her patients seeem to be scheduled too tightly togther and as she spends a lot of time with each patient the wait might seem interminable, but worth it.
