The Doctor lacks empathy evidently for those having this test. It isn’t pleasant to have needles stuck in you, but since I had this test many years ago at another hospital, I wasn’t even dreading it. Little did I know how painful it would be.

I would never, ever recommend this office!!! In fact, if you need a Neurologist, go in the opposite direction of this office. From the Dr down to reception, I am convinced there is the greatest level of incompetency and lack of motivation to be in the healthcare business. I was given info from someone else’s chart, waited over 4 weeks to have a follow up test scheduled(only to have the initial test repeated too b/c their office took so long to schedule the f/up), made several calls with no response and zero explanation/treatment given to me by the doctor for a diagnosis. And these are just my biggest complaints- there are more! Everyone I encountered in this office was rude and not helpful. I cannot figure out why any of them are working in the medical profession! 1 star is being generous!
