The ease in booking an appointment was frustrating. I need simple blood work completed but must drive into Jackson to visit with the Doctor prior to the blood test (the consultation IS a wonderful policy...I like that policy), however, due to the distance and time spent from work, I'd preferred to schedule the consultation and blood work on the same day, obviously with the consultation first thing in the morning. But having to schedule one appointment for a consultation, taking 2.15 hours off work, then taking more time off another day to drive 30 minutes to their office for the blood work is a ridiculous policy. There was zero flexibility with my request. All said and done, I did what they required, but it wasn't worth it. My tests results were fine...it's just I didn't care for the Doc and the policies of jumping through thoughtless hoops. A return phone call would have been nice...when you're told they'll call, and they don't after several weeks, that too. left a… bad impression. She's a nice Doctor, but not for me...I like doctors who care about people, that isn't the impression I was given.

Dr. Ragu pre-op consultation gave me high expectations of what to expect in results of surgery. The post op discussion was full of excuses when results were not seen and avoided post op measurements and pictures. I trusted Dr. Ragu and I am extremely disappointed that she won't admit to results.
