Dr. Ratnam Jain, MD

This lady is rude. I have been with her since my first trimester (on my third) only because I could not find a doctor taking new patients. This is my first pregnancy, and you would expect the "baby doctor" to bring joy, but she definitely doesn't do that. Even the way she treats her student's interns/employees is so bad. I remember wanting to see my baby (ultrasound) and she saying she has to go there's a lot of patients. I got 10 seconds of video of my baby. Don't get me started on the wait time, it's like there is 30 people scheduled for one time. Seats are filled and patients are complaining. If you want some sort of peace of mind when talking to your doctor or even going to an appointment, I would not recommend her.

I went to Dr. Jain for the first time yesterday & I will NEVER be going back! I saw her for 45 seconds.. she opened the door, did my PAP smear (which hurt and she made me bleed) and left! Did not ask about anything (no questions or concerns) & told the student doctor to send me out for an ultrasound - very rude individual with absolutely NO bedside manners! Worst doctor I have EVER seen! Stay away from her.. I will not be returning!

Been with dr Jain for three years now and I must say she’s a great midwife. My birthing experiences were great. But you can expect to wait in the waiting room for about 2 hours before being seen. And her appointments are very rushed. It’s just in and out once you do get seen

Every single time I call I am on the phone (ON HOLD) for at least 20 minutes. She diagnosed me with something and didn’t tell me anything about it or how to help it but to “eat better”. when I went to a different doctor they laughed at her advice and we’re concerned that my condition had gotten worse because of her terrible advice. When they called me about my condition they said I HAD to come in for this information. Realistically they only wanted their $70 visit fee because my doctor now says this can be discussed over the phone and there is no reason for me to come in. There are no tests being done. Just information being shared. I wouldn’t recommend this “Doctor” to anyone. Ever.

I had been waiting for an 2 hours bad customer service. People work very slow.

Went to this dr because I lived in the area and when I scheduled an appt, had to wait over 40 minutes to be seen by doctor for less than 5 minutes. She did a Pap smear on me and quickly went on to her next room. A few days later, receptionist called me with results and told me I had HPV when I wasn’t even sexually active. Had to return for another appt to follow up with results and waited for an hour again to see dr for 3 minutes just so she can tell me her office made an error telling me I had hpv. Disaster!!! Never returned!

I have been seeing Dr Ratnam Jain for a while . What has impressed me the most is her completeness and thoroughness. She takes her time and goes into every possible detail to get to the bottom of your problem. You may have to wait but worth waiting for

The appointments are never met on time it is like first come first serve. However once Dr. Jain see's you she spends appropriate time with you. Very detailed and wants to make sure everything is ok before you leave the examining room. Some may not like her forward honesty but I do. No beating around the bush. I have been her patient for 9 years. She's the only doctor to check my lady parts .

Dr.jain is the worst doctor ever unfriendly and rude she does not talk to you nor explains anything. I felt rush like I was wasting my time. I also had the worst delivery ever after many hours of waiting and me being 10 cm dilated she made me wait until the next time to give me an unnecessary c section according to her my pelvis was too small. And how in the world would she know that if she never gave me a pelvic exam .during my pregnancy she even made me give my own self a test for gbs bacteria like what in the world is wrong with this doctor she is a scam.

The staff and office were exceptional. Dr. Jain was very thorough with he exam and I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes. I will definitely go back for another check-up.
