I arrived for a spinal injection and asked to speak to the doctor regarding conflicting information from my insurance carrier. He was hostile, said I had signed the consent form and was questioning his 30 years of experience, then declared, "We're done here" and told me to seek treatment elsewhere. My husband and I were stunned speechless.

I had 1 consult visit followed up with 1 treatment visit. I found the Doctor and staff to be very attentive and focused on accomplishing a positive result. The team listened, formed a plan of treatment and the desired result was accomplished. A rare combination of professionalism and personal service.

I had a small tear on my meniscus. Anti-inflammatory medication affected my high blood pressure and physical therapy didn’t make it any better. After two years of suffering with the pain I decided to visit Dr. Monzon. He recommended and performed a Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) procedure on my knee. He drew my blood and used the platelets in it to inject my knee. This innovative injection allowed the meniscus to heal without medication or invasive surgeries. The procedure was painless and after two weeks and following his instructions I am pain free! I highly recommend this procedure with Dr. Monzon and his staff. The office personnel is very pleasant and professional and they started right on time. Unfortunately this procedure is not covered by insurance but it is worth every penny.

Dr. Monzon refused to consider me for help after I told him I had had the shots in my lower back, at least 4 series, and they never helped me. He made accusations and spoke very unprofessionally about the doctors and the out- patient surgery center I had used in my previous treatment.

The Doctor and staff are exceptional and very courteous. I am very happy with them.

Dr. Monzon is great and has great insight into the causes of my pain.

If you need anything but injections don't go .

I consider myself lucky to have been referred to Dr Monzon by a top orthopedic doctor. Dr Monzon personally reviewed my medical records and gave me a treatment plan that made sense. I was tired of going to to pain clinics where you always see the nurse or physician assistant. Dr Monzon answered all my questions and never rushed me. I must admit that he is very strict about narcotics but that was my concern too. The staff is caring and knowledgeable and they took great care of me when I had my injection. I have been a patient of Dr Monzon for 3 years and I recommend him highly. sorry this is such a long review.
