Dr. Raul Steven Sepulveda, MD

If you put on rosy glasses and imagined what a doctor and his office SHOULD be in the best possible world, you get a picture the pretty much describes Dr. Sepulveda and his team. Dr. Sepulveda is that doctor you remember all your life. Warm, calming, funny, experienced, in tune with us and our son, we trust him completely. He can always make my son laugh, and deals with each our concerns as if he had no other patients to see afterwards. He has this smiling Zen presence and calmness that comes from a lifetime of compassion and dedication to others. From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, the office is filled with experienced top-notch pros who are: * A bit happy-go-lucky! * Compassionate, outgoing, "kid people" * Great communicators * Patient (picture the nurse happily kneeling holding with the sticker basket for like 45 seconds while my son picks just the right one.) Now I've got to give some love to the front desk: When you call, you don't hear a… prerecorded message, you don't press 0 to talk to a representative, you don't listen to music on speakerphone, you don't even get put on hold. You just call and talk with a person with medical experience who immediately starts the process of arranging for your child to receive the treatment appropriate to the situation. If your child needs to be seen, they have always managed to offer a same-day appointment within two hours. If we call with a medical question, the person answering the phone relays our message immediately to a doctor and we can expect a call back Dr. him/herself (!) to answer all our questions in the next half-hour. I have dealt with plenty of good offices, but none offer anywhere near this level of responsiveness. After our son was born, the staff worked behind the scenes for months to eventually resolve a laundry list of complicated insurance coverage issues with our stupid insurer, never asking us to pay out of pocket during this period. Though most of our experience has been with Dr. Sepulveda, Dr. Gee Lew and Dr. Kraus have been every bit as AWESOME. You really can't go wrong here. We are very grateful.

We have been taking our son here since he was born and Dr Sepulveda is great. The other physicians are good too. They all communicate with each other so if one is on call for you they are aware of the problem. You can get in any day you want to see them you just might have to wait a little longer but preset appointments are a 10 min wait. Often they talk with you over the phone so you don't have to come in if their is a big outbreak in the area an you have a small issue. We love the whole office they are like family.I would highly recommend Dr.Sepulveda he is excellent and it is difficult to find a doctor like him.

If the children could access this site, there would not be enough room for all the wonderful things they would say. He cares and it shows, he takes the time and answers all your questions. The children love him and most of all respect him. And so do we as parents and grandparents. Your fears are addressed immediately with calming useful information. If needed he refers you to the best specialists. You just can't get any better! Truly a rare find.

My cousins take their children to this office... and I always ask for Dr Sepulveda. He is great with kids, easygoing.. he gets it right on the dot!!
