I do not recommend this doctors office at all. Their policies conflict with patients health treatments. The office personal is the worse I have ever encountered.

I got a voice message saying that they would have to cancel my appointment that I have been waiting a month for... they did this call after hours so I could not call them back.. Called them back in the morning and they had me on hold for 40 minutes before I officially gave up... called them again because this appointment is really important to me and then they tell me after waiting a month that the doctor is too busy to see me on my appointment day and that it will need to be pushed back another two weeks. I have seasonal asthma and have been coughing severely (during COVID) for a month now (praying for this appointment to come quickly). The office staff treated me so badly and gave me attitude while on the phone. Ive been working at another doctors office for awhile and we recommend doctors all the time and I WILL BE TAKING HIM OFF OF OUR LIST OF RECOMMENDED.

This doctor gave me a bad professional impression. The doctor was late and chewing gum, his way to talk towards me was really informal Cuban style, then He received a call, it sound kind of personal, and he leaves me waiting per about 30 minutes. How can I put my health in his hands?

Saw the dr for a consultation and was told That I didn’t have asthma I had chronic bronchitis. Humm how did he know he didn’t even check?? Prescription for a new inhaler That made me sicker. I called his office to see if I should go to ER no return call and that was 3 days ago. I won’t be seeing him again

Today I had an appointment with Dr. Valor. I arrived at 2:30 PM for a 3:00 appointment. The waiting room was practically full. At 3:30 PM I was beginning to get concerned about how much longer I be required to wait. At 4:00 PM I went to the front desk to as how much longer I needed to wait as I had been there an hour an a half. They told me there were still patient ahead of me and the wait could be another two hours. I was speaking in a loud voice and when I returned to may seat two lady patients setting near me told me that both had appointments for 3:00 PM and one had just been told her wait could also be two hours. That did it for me I told the front desk I was leaving and to cancel the appointment. There are many good doctors in Miami you don't need to waste your time with this one setting in a waiting room.

2 hours waiting time, he said I have pneumonia said I was going to received a call to have a scan has been 11 days no calls, I have called the office 3 times, left message three times, no one cares,would not recommend this doctor, staff unresponsible, cold,

Don't waste your time, find another doctor.

This Dr. while quite competent has absolutely no respect for his patients time, appointments are chronically untimely he is 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. late. If he were an employee and arrived at work 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. late with regularity he would be fired. But he is of course the Dr.

Very capable and caring physician. Both in-patient and office demeanor is caring and supportive.

Saw him at the hospital, and I was totally unimpressed! No bedside manners, was with me for 2 seconds and did not care about me. Called to cancelled the appointment that was made for me post hospital stay, and got hanged up twice by his staff. Not good show at all!
