Worse appointment ever. I was referred to this doctor by my Neurosurgical for evaluation from what I have heard the doctor is great however the office staff that I worked with is horrible !!! . When I made my appointment I sent them my insurance cards and NCNF form they requested . Courtney confirmed they got them however when I got there I had to stay in the hall way and give them all this info again reason given was due to the virus?????. They then said my instead no good and they could not see me because their records show I have different insurance no clue where that came from since I sent them valid insurance cards when I made the appointment. They refused care and said I must have insurance that matches their system!!!!!. I asked to speak with Courtney since she is who I sent the info to but she would not come out . The person I spoke to was rude clueless and smelled like cigarettes smoke!!!!! Funny that I had to have my temperature taken had to stay in the hallway however the… device they gave me to record my info ( for the second time ) was dirty!!!!!! This place is a joke rude and not what you would expect Again worse place ever cards to them again so they

A doctor with a compassionate and attentive ear!

No matter what time of day, you will NOT speak to a human being on the phone. everything goes to voicemail and no one returns calls. I'm not kidding or exaggerating. I will hate leaving Dr Dammanna but if I can't get in to see him coma what's the use? Retrain whole staff.

This is an amazing doctor.

I went to see him about my L1 and L5 kyphoplasty and he was absolutely the best doctor I have ever seen. He is patient, compassionate, friendly, focused and brilliant. My husband sat in on the conference, and they hit it off immediately, even discussing Italy and their love of Rome---simply a great doc and a great man. I know he will help me with the back issues I have.

I've been going to Dr. D for 9 years, and the entire staff at North Fulton Pain Clinic are exceptional! Michelle, the N.P. Has an amazing bedside manner and rapport with her patients, and Dr. D is great! They spend time with you answering questions, talking about your diagnosis and treatment, suggesting procedures that may help you without pressuring you into anything you don't want. Nurses and support staff are sweet and very helpful and accommodating when needed/possible. I highly recommend this pain clinic - they're legit, not a "pill mill".

Dr. Dammanna came highly recommended from a trusted neurosurgeon. His diagnosis was in line with that of previous physicians and my surgeon but his treatment plan added several things not previously recommended that proved to be successful. In addition, I've made some lifestyle changes recommended by Dr. D and I' ve benefitted tremendously. I recommend Dr. D and his staff highly.

I have such trouble contacting doctor, nurses are fantastic, some staff not easy to work with

Doctor was not compassionate, was rude and very insensitive. His knowledge of a rare condition was limited and I felt he really could have cared less. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. I was very disappointed in the clinic as it came recommended by other doctors who I respect.

Had a great visit with Dr. Dammanna, He was friendly and spent a lot of time answering all my questions. I felt like he really cared about my pain and how to treat it. He gave me several options and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. I will be visiting him again. I recommend him highly to anyone suffering with pain.
