Very rude office staff, Dr not great either!!!!! Glad I left!!!

This staff is rude and won't call you back. If you are promised a call back you won't get it. Then when you call back to find out about why you haven't received your call back the staff hangs up on you. I was a patient for over 5 years but when I complained to the doctor that the staff wouldn't call me back and hung up the phone when asked about the call back the doctor told me I needed to find a new doctor.

Let me start by stating my mother has died because of this Dr. He released her from Mease Countryside Hospital with a serious infection, she was Sepsis and had CDiff. He also did not send home health care to check on her. 5 days later I fly into to town and see her near death's door. I called him since he was the admitting and discharge doctor and he stated that "It was probably against my better judgement to have released your Mom"!! So I rushed her to Morton Plant and they performed miracles on her, and stated that she never should have been released from the other hospital. DO NOT GO OR SEND LOVED ONES to MEASE OR Dr. Duggirala!!! I will be taking steps to insure others don't have the same outcome with their lives or ones that they love.

Worst experience ever. Calls in prescriptions your allergic too and won't refill the scripts you need without having 2 separate appointments so they can charge you twice. Staff is unprofessional and rude! I've been going there for a couple of years and it just gets worse.

I have never had a doctor refuse 2 see me, I have been a patient of his for 2 years, I went into the hospital with a blood clot in my leg and he discharged me from his practice w no warning. I am a dialysis patient and on 6 different blood pressure meds and he just left me out to fend for myself. He only wants healthy patients. I had to get another primary care which took several weeks and really suffered.

I thought he was going to be good in the beginning. He was not ever giving a complete exam from the beginning and I thought he would get better> Never happened ! Then he really dropped the ball and pulled the rug out from under me. Never answer my questions as to many problems. Very hard to understand him! NEEDS to be reported to the medical board!!

The office staff was rude. Never called you back after stating they would. If you needed a refill on a medication even if you were there the week before and told him needed refills. his response "call me when you are almost out I will call in the medication" the following week you call and he tells you he won't refill it and you have to come back in to get a script! His manner in front of patients is horrible. If your appt is at 9am. You get there on time. HE STILL ISN'T THERE and doesn't show up till almost 11am! spends a few mins in the room with you. You cant understand what he says. doesn't speak much never looks at you and walks out with out anything being answered. waste of time he should not be in the profession he is in.

Dr D had no bedside manner. He seemed cold and indifferent. Often spent less than thirty seconds in the room and only spoke negatively in front of the patient. He did not do thorough exams at any time I was present. The best thing he did all day was bill insurance for his half minute presence in the room. He should be charged with patient neglect. Hard to rate him because 1 is too high

Nothing but an "insurance mill" doctor. Late to every appointment (even when first of the day or after lunch). A "complete" physical lasted 7, yes 7 minutes. Listened to my heart, lungs and done. Only writes scripts for 6 months, even for common items....forcing you to come in for another "billable" appointment. Office staff is abysmal. Playing with their cell phone, carrying on with other employees instead of tending to the "customers"....yes patients are "customers".
