I visited Dr. Kracker today and he detected a kidney stone though Ultrasound. I found the doctor to be very capable and intelligent with a good bedside manner.

Dr. Ravi Kacker was my surgeon at Metrowest Urology performing cystoscopy on my prostate. He did a very bad job. I felt horrible during a month after the procedure – pain, inflammation and being unable to urinate normally made my life completely miserable. I went to Emergency Room 5 times! And the entire month I was wearing the catheter even though it should normally be taken off in a few days after the surgery. Dr. Kacker refused to admit that something went wrong with my procedure. Finally I found another specialist who performed a corrective procedure – and the issue was healed literally overnight! I was able to urinate and feel much better next day after surgery. Dr. Kacker is incompetent and arrogant. Be aware.
