Not impressed with My visit, going back to doctor in Rancho Cucamonga...!

Dr. Mandapati is always helpful and compassionate.

This guy is the best. Gets second and third and fourth and fifth opinions when he needs them. Truly feel like's making the best decisions for my health.

Arrogant, uncaring and very slow on diagnosis.

My child has appointments every 3 months for pacemaker check. The staff makes appointments according to the doctor's schedule and then he very rarely shows up. She is seen by his assistant. I get the feeling the doctor doesn't care very much.

I'm sorry, but I have to say, i agree with you all. My daughter has a heart condition. This doctor and his nurse practioner were VERY RUDE, BELITTLING, CONDESCENDING AND ARROGANT. My child has two different issues going on, and I am not a doctor or a surgeon, and neither is she - but for some odd reason, these two CLOWNS seem to think that we are supposed to understand their language with minimal explanation....they kept looking at each other during our appointment and "smirking", like my daughter and i were just a couple of idiots. AWFUL bedside manner!!!!!! They should seriously replace both of them. Yah, i'm fired up. I am really hoping & praying that we will be able to see another doctor, and that the right people see how horrible these two are. Sorry not sorry!

Have dealt with this Dr. for a year. Agree with another rater, very arrogant and most of the appts. he did not even show up. Was sure my child had nothing wrong, then found defect. Test after test, with no clear outcome, followup or guidance. According to him, " I am the best". Beware if you are looking for a caring Dr.

My child was born with a heart condition that was diagnosed as gone when she was one and I was given instructions that it could come back and when my child told me her heart was beating fast to see a doctor immediately. I tried to do this but they did not have an appointment for over a month after I called. Fine I said and waiting. Then my first appointment they were ordering a 30 day heart monitor. Slipped through the cracks and was never order. Needless to say after three phone calls it was finally order and five months later we finally have it on. Then after turning it in they did not have an appointment for two and half months. Joy I thought more waiting and wondering. Then I am told at my visit that her heart rate raised of 190 three times in this thirty days. Well the company they went through never called me so I could let them know what she was doing. Pretty much left there with a possible surgery but they were unsure. I have been waiting for a month now to be called to see if… they have a plan of action or not. I feel like my child is getting the worst of this. If her heart condition did return this has been going on for almost a year untreated. What a joke. Lets call again....

Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. He is inexperienced and not very knowledgable. He is arrogant and was very demeaning to both me as a patient and my wife. His nurse is rude and obnoxious. The office staff was totally inept. Don't waste your time.
