Dr. Medi saved my life. I couldn't eat. I couldn't sleep. I was a total wreck. I couldn't go places I usually went. I had several procedures done trying to find out what was wrong with me . I was losing weight and at my wits end, when I heard it could be anxiety.I was very skeptical but after seeing Dr Medi, I can eat and sleep and go places and I feel so much better. I cant thank him enough.

Dr.Medi was extremely judgmental and confrontational. I was having a hard time with Post partum anxiety/depression when I saw him and after speaking with him he told me I needed to stop breastfeeding and move 5 hours away from my husband to live with my family until the medication took effect (possibly 6-8 weeks) there are much better doctors in the area. Do not go to this man if you want real logical advice and instruction.

I have only had one visit so far and will be returning for a follow up. Found the entire staff to be very caring and considerate. The accommodations were calming and relaxing. Dr Medi himself was wonderful and took the time to explain what he was prescribing and his decision to wait on other prescriptions. He seem to truly care about me as an individual and what my specific concerns were.

Dr Medi has been my Doctor for 5 years and I've never had a bad experience with him or his staff. The office is clean and professional and I don't have to wait hours to see him.

I was very hesitant to see a psychiatrist but when I went to see this doctor I was put at ease and he was very caring and understanding. He was very thorough with getting the history and got to the bottom of the problems and after a couple of weeks my symptoms of depression lifted and I started feeling better. I would definitely recommend him.

I advise avoiding this doctor at all costs. To put it mildly, he has extremely bizarre and often outrageously inappropriate concepts of how a person should live their life and cope with difficult times, and is more than eager to prescribe as many medications as possible, even for disorders that were never diagnosed. He is quick to accuse the patient, confrontational and belittling, and draws truly illogical conclusions. In fact, his views are so twisted that at times I was unsure that he had a truly complete understanding of English - I think that he must, but whatever the reason, you should fully expect complete non-sequiturs in his line of thought, and unfounded conclusions to be reached based on little or no evidence. If your child is troubled, please, do not subject them to Dr. Medi. He will convince you that there is far more wrong with them than there actually is - only to "prove" it when the medications he inappropriately prescribes do more harm than good and the child… really does wind up in a downward spiral. Worse, he will coerce them (and perhaps you) into agreeing with him using threats to have the child taken to a long term treatment facility against your will. There are far too many good and caring doctors in the Permian Basin to entrust your children to a man who has far more psychological problems than most of his patients.
