I called the voicemail and the voicemail states the office was open at 8:00 AM. I called ZocDoc and they also tried to reach the dentist with no success. They confirmed the schedule the doctor shared with them shows appointments available starting at 8:00 AM. When I was finally able to get in touch with the office, they explained that they do not accept appointments until 8:30 AM. When I asked why ZocDoc shows their appointments open at 8:00 AM they only said "that's wrong". I asked why they didn't call me since I booked the appointment 4 days in advance, and the receptionist explained "I don't even know how to check it (ZocDoc)". she further explained that the doctor handles that. I then asked why their voicemail is also incorrect. She had no answer. Bottom line, if you want a professional dentist who values your time, look elsewhere.

This was the most awful experience I have ever had with a dentist. Trying to schedule an appointment was a nightmare and they treated me as though I was inconveniencing them. I went for a cleaning and they kept trying to "upsell me." I had three of the most painful and dreadful fillings done. Not only did I sit in a chair waiting for 30-45 min but the doctor never said "hi" and started working on me as I was a machine . It was so painful and uncomfortable that I started to cry. It was then that he gave me more novacaine while telling me to stay still. As soon as he finished I knew something wasn't right. He barely checked his work, took my money and left. I couldn't ' test or close my mouth for a week. I called back and they were upset with me that another appointment had to be made. He tried to fix the bad fillings. I kept telling him there was still pain and finally told me it would go away. It didn't! Six months later, two fillings have fallen out and I cannot chew on one side of… my mouth. NEVER will I ever step foot into that joke of a dentist scam his office is running!

I had a wonderful experience with the doctor and staff. Everyone is every knowledgeable and courteous. Very low waiting time and very nice office. Would recommend him to my family and friends.
