Great doctor! Very knowledgeable, considerate and smart. After seeing so many incompetent doctors, he was the only one able to help me. God sent! His staff is great as well.

I wrote a negative review for Panjabe but it was never posted. My experiences with him were totally negative. Filthy offices, terrible staff and deadly doctor if there were negative stars he would qualify. I spoke to a previous office worker and she said they could not respond to the court issues if asked. He did a medial block that was done incorrectly and blamed it on me as a placebo effect! It was a workman's comp issue so they denied a redo thus prolonging my intense pain. In response to other reviews, I did also find he caused a patients death ( look it up on the internet for the minutes of the trial ) trying to save money by performing a procedure in his office with no professional help, illegal by the Medical Board, also a drunk driving that he did not report to the Board thus spending time in jail and having his license revoked for a SHORT PERIOD ONLY? Why do we have to suffer with incompetent doctors who should never be licensed to practice. POLITICS?? We should consider a… class action.

I do research also, Did you find that he caused the death of one of his patients also due to greed and incompetence. How can he continue to practice?

Why is there no zero stars? I was a patient of so called Dr. Panjabi this year recommended by Dr. Abeles. He saw me for a workman's Comp chronic back, shoulder and knee pain issue. He performed a procedure improperly and I was denied a do - over due to his incompetence and put me to blame for his mistakes. After research I found he caused a patients death trying to perform the same procedure IN HIS OFFICE with no licensed assistance! which violates all medical rules. Needless to say he only lost his license to practice for a short period for causing a death to one of his patients??? The court proceedings are on the net. He also lost his license for a DUI he did not report to the medical board. His office in CV is filthy, his staff is the worst I ever experienced, the phones were not working for months I was told after weeks of trying to call to email the staff! Why the Medical Board allows people like him to continue to practice is beyond me. Politics?

I saw Dr Panjbi once in early 2019 and as usual I did intense research as I do on all my Doctors. I came across a lawsuit against him in 2015 for causing a patients death, drunk driving and 5 other offenses, he of course had his license revoked for unethical medical practice and spent jailtime for his offenses. Can anyone confirm these issues as his office workers say they know nothing of these charges. I am unsure as to give him stars in the rating system.

I would give negative stars if I could. Dr. Panjabi doesn’t get to know you (I’ve gone to him for 2+ years) and he doesn’t care about his patients. It is rare for him to even look up from his computer, much less even ask how you are doing or even remember what he has prescribed you. He is so worried about protecting his medical license that he will refuse to prescribe a medication that works if it is “off label” even though that is standard practice. His office staff is incompetent. They tell you they’ve sent papers to your insurance ( for authorization for example) when they haven’t, prescriptions to the pharmacy when they haven’t and on many occasions won’t even answer the phone. Long waits to see the doctor are common. All in all, this practice is a disaster.

I have been a patient of doctor Panjabi since 1996. Yes, I have seen many front and back office help come and go; however, he has remained steady in his caring and helpful attitude. Dr. Panjabi has always, I mean ALWAYS put his patients first, especially when dealing with the headaches of workman’s comp. Although there are so many rules, and California has been given so much power Dr. Panjabi as well as other elite doctors hands become tied do to bureaucratic red tape. Yet, Dr. Panjabi still works hard to ease the physical and mental pains of his patients. He has been my long time doctor and I trust him more than any human being. He has a trusting heart, and always extends a helping hand to those newly to the field of medicine or in need of a job. Unfortunately, once they get enough training working in an high stressed environment to write on their resume they’re gone. This is why I say he should not be judged by his staff. I recommend doctor Panjabi to anyone in need of an excellent… high quality pain specialist. Sincerely, O

This is the best doctor I've ever had !

I shouldnt even give him 1 star...Very rude to his patients talks down to his employees. I would never refer him just wants money doesnt care about his patients!!!! Office and procedure room is very filthy and not enough chairs and parking is worse. Patients get into car accidents.

I really wish people wouldn't be so hard on this office. The people who work there are great people, they really care. I have never seen people work so hard in my life. Yes, they always look stressed, but they always welcome you with a smile. I love Jody F. in the front, she is great at what she does. I love hearing her voice on the phone and she always works me in for an app. I love the new PA they have, her bedside is out of this world. As for the MAS in the back.. WOW!! I can't believe how smart they are. Dr. Panjabi talks like 100 words in a sec and they always understand what he is saying. And if they don't they always ask to make sure they do it right. I really like my Doc. I feel like this office has become my family. I am a WC pt and I wouldnt want to go to any other doc. Please give Dr. Panjabi a chance, you wont be let down.
