Dr. Ravi Is great, but dealing with his staff is another thing. From the billing office down, I have had nothing but trouble with this staff. Time to find another Doctor.

Great dr if you dont mind being in pain for days waiting for a prescription to be called in. I felt like i was on a assembly line getting a colonoscopy, turn and burn

I had a terrible time getting an appointment and this was the doctor my doctor suggested I see. He took a liver biopsy and never got back with me or my doctor with the results. No one ever answers the phone at his office. Impossible to get feedback from him. I am going to see a different doctor in the same practice.

Entering this confusing world of liver disease with my father, I was completely overwhelmed. After being referred to Dr. Ravi, he has been extremely kind, professional, and makes my father feel comfortable (which is rare for him to like doctors.) His name clearly carries weight in the liver community. Dr. Ravi also has gone out of his way to check on my father when he was in the hospital even after being seen by his partner. I cannot thank him enough for the service he has provided my family thus far!
