Dr. Ravi Alexander Vadlamudi, MD

Dr. Ravi is an incredible doctor. I spent years frustrated with my previous doctors because they dismissed my concerns and didn't even listen to me. Dr. Ravi takes the time to listen to all my concerns, explains things very thoroughly, and spends so much more time with me than any of my previous doctors. He seems to keep up with the medical research as well. He actually listens and addresses my concerns, even when they're minor. He is so kind and caring, I can't recommend him enough!

"Dr. Ravi" is a very attentive, caring doctor who pays attention to all aspects of the patient's life that may be affecting health. He notices things that other doctors simply do not.

So the first two reviews I read had to be fake but the third was right on he does not care about anyone and doesn't listen to what u think is wrong with your own body and just wants to throw pills in your face he didn't want to help any one. I had a list if things wrong with me and he said I'm only allowed to talk about two. He also yelled at my for being late . I was late because I was throwing up in his office for 15 min. One more thing I seen him twice and both times he does this weird thing with his lips and hands , so neither he has turrets or some other problem

We had the best family doctor ever. We were always able to get appointments when needed. The doctor always knew our history and he took that extra minute if needed to make sure your were clear on his instruction or treatment plan. Wish he would have came back to New Orleans!!

The best Doctor my children and I have had. I so wish he were back in New Orleans we are lost without him. Now I'm having my last baby and my doctor is giving me the run around. Dr.Ravi always cares about his patients.

Dr. Vadlamudi made me feel as if I had no reason to come see him. He disregarded everything my last physician told me, as well as did not care to access any of those records. He apparently does not do a history and physical of new patients either. He did offer insight about changing one of my meds, but recommended a daily regimen, whereas the previous medication was only taken as needed. He quickly referred me for things which he was not competent in diagnosing, which was nice. My time spent in the exam room with him was tense, and he did nothing to make me feel more relaxed about the visit, nor ask me any pertinent questions about my personal life. Most physicians are guilty of this anyway. His approach seemed to be: 1)ask about the problem 2)offer a solution 3)get paid 4)do 1-3 as quickly as possible. His recommendations were absolute, which almost made the visit feel confrontational after asking for other options. If I did not have insurance to pay the $100+ for 5 minutes… of useless banter, I would ask for a refund.
