Dr. Ravindra Kumar Malhotra, MD

Dr. malhotra is an excellent doctor ...I've had countless scopes from him and he's very reliable...he and his staff get you in and out of the procedure quickly and efficiently!

I have been a patient of Dr. Malhotra for as far back as I can remember. He is EXTREMELY qualified in both internal medicine as well as gastrointerology. Since joining Ohio Health Physicians Group Dr. Malhotra is govern by more restrictions than when he had his own private practice. I admit I really enjoyed it much more when he had his own private practice as well as his staff but now Ohio Health has changed all that. I will still continue to be a patient of his. I value his knowledge and has never made a mistake with me or my family.

I find this doctor has no bedside manners. When I went in for a colonscopy he didn't show up till I was put under. And they are holding my records

dr. M saw me right away, cared so much that he scheduled me for colonoscopy, listened to my problems before surgery and did an extremely thorough exam, located my blockage and restored my life. He came to me when I woke up after surgery and reassured me I would be alright, later that evening I could breath again, my whole body feels new, thanks to a very caring man that cares how you feel and reacts to what you say to him, even listens and reacts positivey to what may seem like a dumb question, his staff, espeicially his pre test nurse in his office are of the highest profesionally caring real people I have ever met.

After being admitted into Med Central for the lack of proper diagnosis, I was seen by this doctor prior to my discharge. He told me if I had any problems to see him for and he would do a endoscopy on me. So I showed up in his office, filled out the worse demographics/new pt registration forms ever-none of which asked why I was even in their office to see the doctor. These papers took me all of 3 minutes to fill out, the doctor took the chart from the receptionist, did NOT look at it, and had a very nasty tone and asked why i was there, still not looking at my chart. I told him he had only seen me in the hospital and my report from hospital was in the chart, still not looking, he writes me out a prescription for fiber additives and told me I have IBS! I was so irate and called my fam doc and told them that he was horrible and what he said. SIX MONTHS later I go out of state on a vacation and to visit family and end up having two attacks-gallbladder attacks, mind you. I had to have… it removed asap because this idiot failed to take the time to ask questions to diagnose me, and it was causing infection and excruciating pain. After my gallbladder was removed, I have had no more problems. This guy is a quack and needs to go back to medical school and to take a course or two on bedside manner and listening 101
