WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT, the so-called Dr. Mehta prescribed an extremely dangerous drug when I was a patient at Waynesburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation. I was horrified when I found out about the drug. I stopped the drug, and ordered the so-called Dr. Mehta to stay away from me. The so-called Dr. Mehta's practices in nursing homes should be fully and thoroughly investigated. He causes a great deal of senseless, needless suffering.

I'm a 55 year old woman who has struggled with addiction issue, and sever anxiety and depression. I was diagnosed with ADHD. Some doctors do not believe that adults actually have it. I am not a whiner. I am not a drug seeker. The past 6 years of my life, I cleaned up my act. Point: I know my body better than anyone.
