Dr. Ravneet Kaur Nagi, MD

Not only do I love Dr Nagi but she has this receptionist I think that’s what she is. That’s was so nice and awesome on calling me back and helping me. So Dr Nagi comes with great help and also a great doctor. I love them!!

I recently changed primary care providers and I’m very pleased with my care. The office staff was very welcoming and the doctors took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this group of providers.

I'm a very skeptical person when it comes to doctors because I feel that a lot of them are only concerned about the money, but after being a patient with Dr. Nagi for almost 1yr now has changed my outlook. She is highly educated and qualified professional and looking out for your best interest, she is truly amazing and an ideal doctor. I have recommended her to a few friends and they share my enthusiasm.

Dr Nagi moved up to family practitioner from a pedaler of weight loss products and B-12 shots while Dr Okose was the senior medical doctor at North Houston Regional Medical Center at 8901 FM1960 Bypass W, in Humble, TX. I really miss Dr Okose. He helped me begin to enjoy life again. Since his retirement, I have been seeing Dr Nagi and she really does not have any people skills. I don't know if it is a cultural thing or what. She is a Nigerian caucasian, attractive, petite, and speaks English well. She is excellent at ordering blood work, x-rays, scans, and miscellaneous tests, but if you require maintenance medications you have to stay on top of her and her staff if you want to get your refills when you need them. Speaking of staff, don't get attached to anyone that does a good job. They won't last long. It seems Dr Nagi's lack of people skills spreads to her office staff as well. Bottom line is if you are looking for a doctor and support staff who will treat you like you're… seeking a handout and they are far too important to deal with the likes of you, do not follow up with you for drug refills and test results and refuse to take care of your medical needs until you make time to spend a few hours in their office this is the place for you. The last time I was there (only weeks ago), Dr Nagi didn't even look up from her laptop to see who she was treating. According to my husband, they won't even let you come in for a blood draw without making an appointment and charging you for a doctor visit now. What is happening to the people who become doctors to help people?

Dr. Nagi is very cold and not personable. I would not go back. In addition she didn't even call me with the results of my blood work.

I read the review "Dr. Nagi needs to work on relational skills", and it could have been written by myself or the several other people I know who have left this practice due to Dr. Nagi's condescending, arrogant attitude and behavior. Dr. Mitelman had better do something; taking on this woman as her associate was a huge mistake. I will no longer be a patient, and I was for 7 years.

Dr. Nagi was very professional, understanding, and observant to me as a patient. I would highly recommend her.
