Dr. Ray Chenhsu Chang, MD

I had a tonsillectomy by dr. Chang who sent me home without antibiotics and no follow up appointment after the surgery. He insisted I didn’t need either of those things. A week later my throat was not healing and becoming more painful. I had a family member call his office to speak with him or a nurse stressing how much pain I was in. She left a message for the office. We Never got a call back, never received any sort of correspondence from him or his office. Luckily I was able to get in to see my general dr who barely even needed to take a look inside my mouth and instantly recognized a serious infectious. It was there I finally received my antibiotics and a version of a follow up appointment. I had to take an extra 10 days off of work for the infection. I still have not heard anything from Dr. Chang or his office. That was over a year ago
