Dr. Ray English, MD

I arrived at my appointment to be told by the receptionist that I cancelled this appointment. I showed my confirmation and she told me she spoke to me on the phone. I informed her that she did not speak to me. She continued to call me a liar by stating 3 more times that she spoke to me. She said I had a problem with the cost. I did not know the cost, if any, as I had never been seen. I was told they had an opening an hour after my scheduled appointment. I had no choice but to wait. It took a couple of months to get in. I was taken in 18 minutes after my scheduled time. The tooth was removed and my insurance covered it in full. Dr. English, as well as his assistant, were excellent. That receptionist needs to take responsibility for her mistakes. No apology was given by her. She should be ashamed of herself humiliating me like she did.

I arrived nervous and anxious... well they don't get any better than this practice and that includes his entire staff. Fabulous, caring and compassionate. Dr. English Jr. took my dreaded outlook and returned a stress free experience. They just know how to do it there!!!!!!!!!!! thank you all for the kindness you showed during my recent visit. No more fear, i coming back for an implant!!

After a weekend of severe pain and being unable to receive assistance from the local hospital emergency room, our primary dentist or a walk in treatment center, Dr. English, Jr. agreed to see my son and referred him to Tufts where he was admitted over night and received IV antiobiotics and surgery. His abcess tooth infection was very close to impacting his brain. Thank you Dr. English for helping when so many others would not.

My son had wisdom teeth removed by Dr. English and could not be happier with how professional the office was and the top notch level of care. My son said the procedure was better than he expected and is recovering nicely. As a parent, you worry about your kids having any kind of surgery, but all fears were minimized with Dr English. Thank you!

This doctor has the best reputation in the state for a reason. Well run office, good staff and my surgery went perfectly. It took a while to get an appointment but I guess that is what you expect with the top offices.
