Dr. Ray Lester James, MD

I have a history of colon cancer in my family and have regular screenings with colonoscopy. Dr. James is competent, going over my chart each visit and follows through on findings. The fact that even with reoccurring polyps, I have lived 30 years longer than my parent with colon cancer is proof of the excellent care I have had with Dr. James.

Was see complaining of abd pain. Office scheduled colonoscopy. Never saw Dr James preop. Postop, he spent five minutes in room. Declined to address complaint of abd pain, blew off questions. Nurse said he was too busy to followup patients. Removed polyp, but no arrangements to receive path report

This doctor comes in, never is polite enough to speak, goes through his chart and declares, "I've done all I can do. I will write a script for imaging." Mentions me being fat and Gets up and leaves. I'm sitting there thinking he's coming back and he was through.
