Dr. Ray Norwood Rhodes, MD

I am a RN and have spent a lot of time researching vaccine safety. I believe in vaccines but at a slowly schedule than that is recommended. He and his staff treated me horrible once I expressed that I was not getting all vaccines that were due and just some. I had to change pediatricians and it's a shame because I believe he was a good doctor..

The staff is horrible. When we first began going to Dr. Rhodes their staff was decent however, they got progressively worse throughout the years and forced me to find a new pediatrician. They treated everyone like they were bothering them. I had to wait several times for the person to put lip gloss on or get off personal calls before they would tend to me. Everytime I called I had issues with being put on hold. They tried to make me pay for the "government" vaccines "in case my insurance didn't go through", those were her exact words. After I refused to do so, they finally called and verified my insurance. I was told they would not see me because I had a balance on my account. I was unaware I had a balance so I asked and my balance was $1.90.
