Dr. Ray E Rollins, DO

My family has been going to Dr. Rollins for about 25 years. He is exceptional.

He is a great doctor and listens to everything! Very funny also!

Happy he's my doc. Kerrie is a great nurse. They're quick to see you and listen to your input.

I switched back to this dr after my other family dr moved further away. I explained all of my medications and he agreed to fill them. I have many health issues. He is only good dr for maybe if you have a cold or something. if you expect to get labs back from this office you have to call yourself.

I have seen Dr. Rollins myself for well over a decade. He is attentive to detail and cares a great deal for his patients. His long to help people truly shows in his care and everyday dealings with his clients.I have never left his office without feeling truly confident that all issues were uncovered and would be taken care of, as he takes the time with each patient to be sure that he understands their ailments and symptoms. I can not say enough good things about this man. We need more like him.

Dr. Rollins used to be an ok doctor until he started to forget things. He cannot remember prescriptions he has written in the past, and denies ever having prescribed them despite physical and documented proof. As if that weren't bad enough, he deliberately violated another patient's privacy (more than likely a hippa violation) by disclosing her personal details about failing a drug test for cocaine while being prescribed adderall, speaking openly about this in front of his nurses. This makes me wonder if he keeps my personal details private.

Dr. Rollins is a great doctor, but over the last several years his office staff has become completely inefficient. After an office visit, prescriptions are not called in in an efficient manner, it takes 3 days to get a call returned, they do not advise of lab test results - goes right into your file...the list goes on and on. This staff is obviously untrained in billing, patient service, and phone etiquette - they are inept and "winging" it. Extremely disappointing and time to find a new doctor and I've heard other patients say the same thing. Time to get some trained staff, Dr. Rollins, as your office staff will make or break your practice!

Made a appointment had a little problem getting my( insurance fault)verified.. but, they still got me seen. I was really pleased once i got back to see Doctor..

He was way to overzealous in trying to send me out for all kids of testing, and referrals to specialists....without even having any blood work back, which came back completely normal! I would not recommend !

Great bedside manner. Actually listens. First time but I would recommend on what my experience was. Great staff too.
