Worst run doctor’s office I have ever seen. Wait time for the doctor is routinely an hour or more. Then, after you’ve finally seen the doctor, they send you back into the waiting room to wait AGAIN! Then they call you up to the window to tell you when your next appointment has been scheduled, without getting your approval of the date/time, etc!! Then they act exasperated if you tell them that the time they “assigned” you won’t work for you! Also, I once arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and they told me that technically I was LATE, because they require you to arrive 15 minutes EARLY so that the doctor doesn’t have to wait on you. HA! What a joke! I like Dr Blair himself, and I’m pleased with his care, but the management of his office, and the people who run it, are the worst. He really needs to hire a professional, courteous, efficient and caring staff.

I called to make an appointment and they said there are no opening call back tomorrow trash they won’t even let me make an appointment

I’ve been a patient there for probably 10 years, but never really went to the dr until the recent 2-3 years because I’ve always had good health. I’m always 15-30 mins early and the girls pull me back to the room pretty quickly. The problem is that once back in the room, I’ve sat in there 1-2 hours EVERY single time! When he finally does come into the room, he’s in there for less than 5 mins. Same with virtual visits too. Never called me about my lab results so I’m assuming they’re normal but let’s hope so. The last straw was when I called to cancel my appointment because my kids are sick and I have to take them to the pediatrician, they charged me $50! I’m so done with this office.

I had an appointment with Dr. Blair and arrived about 20 minutes prior to the time of the appointment. About 20 minutes after arriving I was called to go into the treatment area. I was weighed and then went into the small treatment room. The Nurse took my Temp, and drew blood via finger stick to check my Glucose. She then took my Blood pressure. After that she left the little room saying, "the Doctor will see you shortly". That was the last time anyone even opened the door for well over an hour. I had another appointment elsewhere and went to the front desk and reported that I had to leave to meet the other commitment. I asked one of the Girls to find the next available date for another appointment and to let me know via telephone. She answered that she would do that. Sometime afterward, I ordered a resupply of a Med that I needed and was informed by the supplier that Dr. Blair had refused to renew the prescription. I called the Office and was informed that since I had… missed my appointment, the Dr. would not renew my prescriptions and I would be charged $50.00 for "missing my Appointment". I had to explain to the Nurse that I had kept my appointment,but had to leave, etc, etc, etc, It all fell on deaf ears. They would only repeat that it was their policy to "FINE" people who failed to keep their appointments. I informed them that I would never pay such a fine because I had kept the appointment. They then told me that the Doctor had agreed to waive the Fine, but I would have to pay up the next time, even if I couldn't wait for a couple of hours for the Doctor. I then told them that I would find another Doctor. These people, including Dr. Blair aren't the least bit caring about a patient. They are only interested in what kind of insurance you have and your ability to pay exorbitant fees. Beware of the pitfalls with seeing this Doctor.

I am out of my meds for my diabetes and now must look for another doctor. These people have jeopardized my health I’m now going to my lawyer

THEY CANCELED my appointment and the next available time it was 1 month later . obviously nobody can't wait that long

I was extremely disappointed to have the experiences I have had after reading such great reviews. I have waisted so much time with this office. It took 6 weeks and a trip of me going into thier office, for them to tell me they wouldn't be able to provide a service for me of which normally should not be a problem at all! And 6 weeks! ! That's absolutely absurd! Not to mention it took me longer than a month to get in for an apt. I don't understand how they are actually in business! And if they are tgat busy, stop taking new patients. .. Horrible horrible horrible service! They are not even worthy of one star.

Horrible reception staff

Finally a doctor who actually cares about his patients. He takes care of all from young to old and gives his full attention to each patient. There is usually a wait to be seen but it is worth it to see this doctor.
