Dr. Raymond L Bolt

Dr. Bolt is rude and has a nice/nasty attitude. His help didn’t even do a good cleaning on me and my daughters teeth— it took about 5 minutes and they didn’t floss us. I’ve never had shabby ghetto service.

Was given professional opinion that i was not cadidate for a new crown and partial, to my delight that was not true I now have both ,and I am very pleased with service and attwntion I received.

Rude, hangs up phone on patient, lies to patient.would never recommend this dentist.

Went to see this dentist on a sat morning around dec 3rd 2014 for dental pain.im not from alabama i drive a truck i began to tell him what was going on in my mouth and after 2 min interrupted me and told the hygenist we have a talker here...did quick exam and xrays write antibiotic scrip and sent me on my way,didnt act like he wanted to see me for folllow up extraction.i was in town for the day when i realized i left my drivers license at their office.i called dr bolts home his wife said she would try to reach him..30 min later one of his staff people calls me and says she will be over in 45 min to look for it..5 min after that dr bolt calls me and said they had looked for my license earlier and couldnt find it..how is that possible he didnt know it was missing.then he asked me if i really needed it,i said of course i cant drive a truck without it....later office assistant showed and found it in the drawer.earlier the office assistent asked for it and never gave it back said she needed… it for credit or checks even though i paid cash.fast forward 2 weeks.i still havent been able to get into a dentist for an extraction due to christmas and the pain was coming back so i called to ask if they could phone in another antibiotic scrip for me to walmart...not only did they lie and say they couldnt do that,found out from other dentists in area they could.then receptionist hung up phone on me...very unprofessional.never have been treated by a dentist like this for no reason.would very highly not recommend this dentist...
