While I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Raymond Capone - who came off as incredibly kind and intelligent - my appointment was to receive Botox treatment by the office's Nurse Practitioner, Jessica Oldham. I was nervous to try Botox for the first time but Jessica patiently walked me through the entire process, making me feel comfortable each step of the way. Her professionalism and bedside manner was great but more importantly - I could not be happier with the results! I love the way my Botox looks and I will be going back to her as often as needed. Highly recommend!

Dr. Capone did my Carpal Tunnel Surgery and it was such a great experience from the very beginning. The Doctor, Betsy, The Surgery Nurse and Anesthesiolist Lisa were all so kind and caring from beginning to end. The after care was the best I have ever received. I got a call from the nurse hours after surgery and even a call from Dr. Capone the next day checking up on me to see how I was doing and did I need anything from any of them. I would recommend Dr. Capone for anything your thinking about. Top grade A+ experience from start to finish. I had plastic surgery with Dr. Raymond A. Capone for gynecomastia, before surgery he says things you want to hear, after surgery, he changed. I have left noticeable scars, it was not a plastic surgery that was done terribly, my chest on one side still has left hard tissue he did not remove properly or adjust it, after 2 times of surgery. He messed up my body could not give me a good result or what he promised before surgery. Because of his mistake, I laid down under blade 2 times, even after 2 times result was not good he did an awful job. Now I have to lay down under blade 3rd time because he was in rush last time and did not care about the result. I don't recommend this doctor he messed up my body and my years of waiting for that. Don't be fool what he promises.

Dr. Raymond Capone does not advertise his services in the popular culture, like some of the other offices. He is chair of plastic surgery at Shadyside Hospital, where he still carries out some work. But his main activity is to provide plastic surgery for many procedures at his Surgi-Center, a few blocks from the hospital. It is a very clean, comfortable, well-run facility where he has complete control of surgical instruments, personnel and cleanliness. I was greeted by a professional woman named Betsy, who informed me of all of the details of my neck lift. The nurses who work there are very skilled: Jan is his right-hand woman who is very knowledgeable about everything. In addition, there were four other nurses helping out during the procedure. His office is one of the few that can do a neck lift, independently of a face lift, which was not my goal. It is six weeks since my procedure and my jowls and turkey neck are gone, thankfully, yet I still look like me; it is a very… natural look. There is still some discomfort, which can last for another two months - that is normal until all of the sutures dissolve. The office takes before and after photos for your records, and will take another set at one year out. I had a lot of fear and apprehension before doing this. Dr. Capone put my mind at rest by recommending that I read about the procedure in a book by Dr. Joel Feldman, which I did. It explained much more than I wanted to know, but I was glad that I could understand everything that would happen. In short, I highly recommend the office and the surgical skills of Dr. Raymond Capone.
