I was impressed with coutesy of staff starting from receptionist who was easy to deal with. She quickly got my paperwork ready while kindly asking me to change my mask to a paper one. A few minutes later the Practitioner walkedme back to Doctor' office. Kirby asked some questions, keyinh he answers into my file. I was amazed to see her looking at my MRI file, which he said she was able to pull up. I was worried that Wake Radiology would not share the file, but Kieby had it up on her screen. I was amazed and told the doctor that. Then Dr. Carrol walked in and was very matter of fact, which is fine with me. He did his thing and then we looked at the MRI together. Carroll gae me all my options with pluses and minuses of each. With time for questions. He explained everything. Then the lady at checkout was also easy to deal with. Both ladies out fron actually cted like they liked their jobs. How rare! She gave me the card for the person to call for an insurance estimate and to schedule… the surgery. Raleigh Orth has two people for those functions, but I like the One Stop Shop approach. All went well. I was dealing with Raleigh Ortho but Cary O is a tad better to deal with - at least so far....
