Dr. Raymond Eric Carter, MD

I have never written a review on my health care provider because it has never been needed or thought of after an appointment. I waited an hr for Dr. Carter because Check-In never checked me in as per the medical assistant so I sat and waited before they realized a mistake. I am not petty so it didn't defer or change my already ailing perception of CC (based off of appt. with the NP, phone-triage care team etc.). I saw Dr. Carter after a month of symptoms, following my first meeting with Sarah White, NP (she sees you for first appointment). When I met him today after seeing several urgent care/student health NP's/MD's he acted as if there could absolutely no problem that should be a red alert after reading my family history. I spent more time in a Student Health center @ my university than I did in his office as he rushed the appointment without ANY results or education to make me feel any other way. I feel Christiana Care should be ashamed of their entire patient experience that I… received that is much bigger than the way I felt after leaving Dr. Carter's office. He makes it seem as if he's helping when he's sending you back out with the problems you came in with. Sad day but I am now washing my hands with Christiana Care just as quickly as I started.

More worried about money than his patients.Knows what his patients are suffering with but dismisses their illnesses completely if it interferes with his getting paid: I.e. missed appt, ect. Seemingly nice, but is a horrible person once you get to know him.
