Dr. Chang was the only person who figured out that my family member's cancer was fueled by a medication she had taken for years. Both Mayo Clinic and USC missed this. He's compassionate and thorough. I wish we had found him sooner.

If you have cancer, then you MUST/ NEED/ HAVE to see Dr. Chang! He is super competent and compassionate; he heals his patients using his BRAIN and HEART. We are so glad and grateful that we have found out about him. If more people know about him (or we can clone Dr. Chang ;-) then cancer wouldn’t be such a death sentence. Please tell anyone you know that has cancer about him. Each treatment protocol is tailored to your specific case and current health condition. Imagine regular cancer treatment protocol is like cafeteria food, whereas Dr. Chang’s protocol is like having Gordon Ramsay cooking dinner for you. I don’t want to discuss our personal health info in public forum; however, here are a few small examples that you can see why Dr. Chang is in a league if his own. - He tailors my brother diet & supplement base on the blood test to work against the cancer. We (me and wife) may be an exception because we use him for primary care ever since he helped me thru my throat cancer 20 odd years ago. He spends time to talk and listen not just pouring over lab tests. He is up to date and treats us with old fashion common sense. He uses both drugs and herbs but minimizes unnecesary follow-ups and referrals and doesnt use assistants. He is just great and the only misgiving maybe that he doesnt take medicare but heck, he hasnt increased his fee on us for 20 years !

Have been with this doc for over 20 years for various minor and one major problem. Have referred friends and family to him. Consistent maverick and out of the box solutions: he told me about vit D 20 years ago, expounded of evils of sugar 15+ years ago, and offers consistently insightful dietary advice. I hope he stays in practice forever and I stay healthy for as long !

If you know what you need - in my case, unbiased and non-cookie-cutter treatment options for my cancer, then I think you will get what you want. You get full attention for the time you are with him, usually an hour for a new patient and either he will give you his overview or you ask him specifics. His answers may not be reverant and it may not be what you want to hear, but its pretty clear that he had his patient's best interest in mind.
