Dr. Raymond Leroy Duncan, MD

Dr Duncan, is such an amazing and caring human being. He is a God sent for my son and my whole family. His studies, experience, professionalism, and dedication has change our family life to the better in just a few months. He is not an ordinary Doctor, he listen to you despite how long the appointment might take. He speak to you with the truth and straight to the point, no baby talking from him for sure ;-), this help me so much to realized my errors, and how to correct them to help my child have a better future. He is not just another pediatrician, and while he believe on medication and we know it plays a big role in the treatment, he will not send this to your child lightly, he will take the time to study the case, do the necessary tests, and this way find the best treatment options in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it took me 13 years, many unprepared and uncaring doctors, and failures to find Dr. Duncan, but I am more than thankful with God that I did. My best… advise if you have the opportunity to have your child treat it by Dr Duncan, is to be prepare to open up to him with out prejudice, and give him all information even if it seems insignificant. A good example; he asked me how many times have mys son taken antibiotics and what kind thought his whole life? This was hard for me to say since my son has been sick more times than I can count. So Gather all the medical records and bring it with you, if possible include letter of child care givers, and teachers about the child behavior from their perspective. The more information you provide him with the better he will help. Don't be afraid to speak up about all your concerns, his heart is with his patient, and he will LISTEN and actually show care and do something positive about it. From the bottom of my heart Thank you Dr Duncan and staff you are all fabulous. I wish you all the best, and know that my family pray for you daily to have you for many more years in our life. My 3 boys have been seeing Dr. Duncan for.over 10 years. He is thorough and always backs up.what he says with studies and research. He is kind, caring and, even makes sure to send a hello to my husband when he doesn't attend appointments. 100% recommend!

Experienced doctor who doesn't over diagnose or over prescribed medications. Efficient and caring MD who will get to the bottom of your children's medical issues.

He is very condescending when he speaks to adults and children alike. The only reason his office is even alright is because of his extremely nice staff.

Dr. Duncan is very well educated,attends conferences and is up to date on medications and treatment for children with ADHD and Learning Disabilities. He takes his time with you and your child; explains everything with great detail and makes sure you understand what he is saying or explaining. We are very fortunate to have him for a pediatrician

We have been taking our daughter to Dr Duncan ever since she was born. He is truly a caring doctor who spends the time with the patient, and parent. We feel very lucky to have our child in the care of this doctor. We have no limitations with regards to insurance and therefore could go to anyone. This is the doctor for our family. Did I mention what an overall nice human being he is along with his amazing skills as a doc?

Dr. Duncan is an amazing doctor. My daughter loves him, staff is so kind & of course they have a jar of stickers, which reminds me of my doctor from up North!They have two areas for the well visits & sick visits :(, so the germs are not spreading.We are so blessed to have such a great doctor!! Plus they give you a book to organize all your visits from birth to date & informational brochures on your questions & concerns!Hope this helps!!!

Both of my children were patients of Dr. Duncan, and although my grandchildren do not live in Naples, they also have seen Dr. Duncan occasionally when they are in town and in need. He's the only doctor we've ever had that I trust completely. He is thorough and an excellent diagnostician. I have asked several nurses over the years who they have for their kids. Many say Dr. Duncan, and even those who use other pediatricians have said that if their kids were really sick, they'd go to Dr. Duncan.
