Dr. Raymond Charles Hausch, MD

He was my Dr. for over 20 years here in Duluth. But he left for good this time he says, and I will and do already miss him. He's a very laid back, extremely intelligent, kind hearted doctor who actually "listens" to you. I never once felt rushed or got the feeling to "hurry up" when I talked. Ill never find another one like him! Thanks for all you've done for me Dr. H!

Major, Huge misdiagnosis to me verbally ~ his chart notes NO way reflected what he categorically stated to me.

This was my first time to Dr. Hausch office. Although, his bedside manner at first to me seemed rude and aloof, I decided to give him a chance to warm up to me. After asking me a lot of questions, I got the feel from him that he is a VERY intelligent man who struggles with being social. I felt he was collecting data and I thought oh well, that is better than being friendly. After he got all his data down, then I noticed he relaxed and got a little more personal. He was very thorough and I liked that and did what he could for me at that first visit. I also liked that his x-rays and blood draws are all done there in the office, and that he is quick about getting information to you, not having to wait forever. You can rely on him to get back with you in a timely manner. He is all science and facts, and all about getting the job done, not about visiting, so if that is okay with you, he is the one you want to go too. He DOES listen to you though and answers all questions. Personally,… I like that better than super friendly and not getting anything done. I would rather have a doctor that knows his stuff, and this doctor obviously does. His staff is super friendly, and seem to be relaxed around him. I think he just has to get to know you better before he becomes really personal.

This is the worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. He was rude, and lacked any compassion whatsoever. I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis (by another general practitioner) and I came to him knowing very little about the disease. He didn't explain anything about what the disease would do to my body, but instead told me I should look it up on the internet. I cannot stress enough what an awful experience I had with this doctor. When I tried to call back and switch doctor's the office (Salem Rheumatology) wouldn't let me. I refuse to see this doctor again and I most definitely would not recommend him to a friend.

One of the best Doctors I have ever had.I trust him fully!He has helped me understand my diseases, takes time with me tries new therapy's .Doctor has been a full blessing in my life last past 5 years! He is caring his staff are all tops.

First off let me say Dr. Hausch is a verry nice person and I like his witty-dry sense of humor. The body and it's functions are very hard to diagnose because every ones make up and chemistry is different. Dr. Hausch has actually taken the time to listen to my concerns. Dr. Hausch has found things that two other doctors failed or neglected to find and also document to make future diagnoses. Even though all my test come back negative and they say I'm fine Dr. Hausch believes and see's different and is willing to treat symptoms, and so far my pain level has went down by 20% and if you live with chronic pain you know that 20% is a huge improvement. You can't go wrong seeing Dr. Raymond Hausch.

I saw Dr. Hausch after seeing another doctor in his office for over a year. There was a HUGE difference between the two, with Dr. Hausch being more willing to listen to my issues and actually treat my symptoms. Before seeing Dr. Hausch, I was in a constant flare. He found the appropriate treatment for me. I see him every 3 months and he always takes time to listen to me, address my concerns, and explain things I don't understand. I found him to be kind, caring, and knowledgable.

I went to 3 different doctors before and they couldnt figure out what was wrong with me. Then a friend told me about Dr. Hausch, my first visit he diagnosed me with purine nucleotide phosphorylas deficiency. He's a great doctor! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Hausch has been a fantastic doctor to me, someone who has remarkable insight. He found I had a serious medical problem that was masquarading as another. He always listens to what i have to say, keeps me informed of updates and new treatment for my medical problems and I think is one of the best Doctors I have ever seen in my life. There is no regret here having the Dr. as my medical professional.

I found Dr. Hausch's bedside manner to be rude and condescending. I was referred to him by my general practitioner. You state that he specializes in "pediatrics". However, I would never take a child to this cold, heartless doctor. He did not offer any information, options, or just plain understanding. My daughter had to ask him about the pain management clinic, medication options, etc. As a matter of fact, he tried to leave only after spending a few minutes with me, asking "what do you want from me?" I was so upset that he had me in tears. If I could give him less than a "poor" rating I would. However, his staff were very nice.
