Raymond Isakov, MD, is on Staff in Cleveland Clinic's Department of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Isakov most recently was affiliated with a plastic surgery practice in Austin, Texas. A graduate of Orange High School in suburban Cleveland, Dr. Isakov received his Bachelor's degree from Ohio University and his medical degree at the Chicago Medical School. He completed a general surgery internship and residency at Cleveland Clinic as well as a two-year fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He completed an additional 6-month aesthetic surgery fellowship at the Zeeba Clinic in Cleveland. His specialty interests are cosmetic procedures and breast reconstruction surgery. He will practice on the Main Campus, in Solon and Beachwood.

I had an FTM DI mastectomy with free nipple grafts done by Dr.Isakov and his team. He was incredible from day one! He’s very blunt and to the point which may not sit well with some but he really knows his stuff. I was never once misgendered by him or his team and he actually corrected my dad when he misgendered me. My recovery was so smooth with no complications or pain. I never took anything more than Tylenol and I stopped taking that around day 4. Megan his nurse is also amazing. When I came back in for my post op she was nearly in tears because she was so happy for him and just kept congratulating me. I would go to Isakov 100x over. He’s an incredibly talented surgeon that truly cares about the well being of his patients. He has truly changed my life and I’m so glad I picked him.

I’ve been to Dr Isakov several times and I can honestly say there is no other dr like him. I live in Florida now but if I need him again I will go back. He had compassion and he gave me dignity. I’m a be cancer survivor and I was afraid but he showed kindness and helped give me strength where no other dr could. His professional bedside manner is combined with compassion and humor. When your in conference with him you have his total attention and care

I have always been super self conscious due to my puffy bags. They were so bad I stopped taking pictures years ago. Dr. Isakov was recommended to me by my dermatologist. She said he’s the best, and he definitely is. I’m so happy with results.

After 2 pregnancies I was left with stretched abdominal muscles and saggy skin on my abdomen. Dr. Isakov did my abdominoplasty and I could not be happier with my results! It’s been 7 months and my stomach just looks better and better with time. He and his staff are amazing including his nurse Megan!

I very happy with him, he took his time and explained the pros and cons of my procedure. I have learned a lot from him compared to other doctors I have dealt with concerning the same procedure I have had in the past. I highly recommend him. I was very pleased with the outcome of my procedure.

Dr Isakov is the Best! An amazing person and wonderful surgeon who listens closely, ....gives straight forward honest recommendations and advice. More than anything he cares deeply about his patient. Best follow up care I have ever had and am very happy with my results.

Can't say enough about Dr Isakov and his staff . He is extremely professional but has beautiful bedside manner. Trustworthy, honest , sincere, and shows true compassion
