Dr. Lance has been providing a great service for me. He’s been informative and taken action quickly to resolve issues with my condition. I truly appreciate his insight and demeanor.

Spent 5 years at “another clinic” “treating “ Bladder Cancer, without knowing any better, Just received immune booster treatment, feel They treated me like a cash cow, again not Knowing any better I had 10 surgeries without Success, very fortunate my cancer stayed put. Was finally referred to Spo Uro and met with Raymond Lance, was given 6 installations of a cancer fighting solution and was clean and clear within 2 months. I just had my 6th yearly checkup and am still clear. It goes to show that you have to be your own advocate, get more than one opinion, and ask questions. 1) The referral for an Axumin scan at UWMC looks like a wise response to the increase in my PSA from .372 to .618. 2) The prescription of imipramine was not well advised. Imipramine stops bed-wetting by shortening the the time of delta-wave sleep. In my case, as I have pointed out in successive consultations, I am not troubled by incontinence at night: I wake up when I need to pee, and that's that. (During the day I do have mild incontinence.) In addition, I was not informed that imipramine is used mainly in the treatment of depression, and also for anxiety and panic disorders. Fortunately, I am free of these conditions. I have not filled the prescription, nor do I intend to. 3) The "After Visit Summary" I was given was inadequate. "Recent Results" fails to show the PSA reading of .618. The "Problem List" is out of date and mostly pointless. Some items, such as a laceration of my left little finger, have to do with my previous visits with my PCP. And why bother to include "Prostate… Cancer" when that's the condition that led me to seek Lance's care several years ago? 4) In my judgment, the care I am getting at Spokane Urology can be summed up as inconsistent and inattentive.

Dr. Lance was informative, answered questions, he gave us plenty of options and was very polite and professional. Dr. Lance performed an exam with expertise and no pain or discomfort at all. A+++ experience

About 10 years ago in Virginia my CT scan was suspicious for cancer but Dr Lances CT read was different and accurate Saved my kidney ??

It is so special to find a really good Doctor like Dr Lance. He is highly skilled in general urologic surgery, and has extensive experience in robotic surgery. He has an empathetic concerned bedside manner and a thorough knowledge of his field. He has operated on me for bladder and prostate cancer carefully explaining at each step the risks and benefits.Then informing me promptly of the path results as they became available.
