Very pleasant, very thorough. Explained everything.

Rushed appointment and arrogant demeanor. Didn't answer questions or try to coordinate care with other concurrent medical issues. Pushed surgery.

Worked very hard to prevent me from having an Ostomy for the rest of my life.

Dr. Landes took the time to explain the available procedures. His experience, knowledge, and compassion were comforting after many other professionals were cold towards my pain. His staff was equally kind and compassionate. Thank you, Dr. Landes and staff.

Was very nervous about bleeding. He was kind (number one), put me at ease, went over my problem, couldn't be more pleased with a Dr. He's the best.

He was very rude and I will NEVER return to him. He is getting paid to find my problem but he seemed to think he's getting paid to be RUDE.

He was ok on my first visit but on my second visit today he was in a very bad mood from the moment he walked in the room. He was rude, demeaning and gave me no time for even a question about my serious pain. After me asking what I should do next to investigate this pain, he said "i can do surgery if u want even though u don't need it" as if that would shut me up. RUDE!!! Doctors need to NOT bring their bad moods from their family or staff into the patient exam room. Shame on him! Never going back.
