Dr. Raymond Christopher Maguire, DO

As a new patient I showed up and couldn't locate his name on the directory in the building. I wandered around a bit wondering which office he would be in (there are several multi-doctor offices at the location) and just decided to walk in one of them and ask if I was at the correct place. After filling out the electronic check in and waiting a few minutes I was informed that since we were late (less than 10 minutes late....which admittedly was partially my fault and partially the fact I didn't know which office was his) we would have to either wait over an hour to be seen or reschedule (which would be months out). It sounds like he's a fantastic doctor, but if the office is that rude about being a few minutes late than I would rather go somewhere that would be much more understanding. I'm curious to know if the patients are seen exactly when the appointment time is if the office is so strict on time. Given the lack of understanding for being a few minutes late I would expect that they… see you exactly when they say they would and wouldn't make a patient wait even 5 minutes past the appointment time, right? ;)

Both of my children (ages 5 & 7) have been patients of Dr. Maguire for the past three years. The kids LOVE him. He has a great connection with them and is the informed, kind, cool doctor I wish I had growing up. He has performed surgery on both children and has personally returned phone calls. I recommend him to every parent with a child who has ENT issues.
