Dr. Raymond Charles Maronpot, MD

I told my parents about him when I was a teenager but they didn't believe me. Maybe they'd believe me after reading all of these reviews. Just the thought of him makes me queasy.

His recent passing and published obituary brought back unpleasant memories of his creepiness in the 1980s when I was teenaged patient.

He is a sexual predator. I was a patient of his when i was a young girl and he abused me during the office visits. It was a time when we would never discuss such things. His license should have been taken from him years ago.

I was a patient of Maronpot on and off as a young girl age 9 to 17 . As I matured he became very interested in my breasts . He would have me undress from the waist up every time I went there. I was there for weight control and he would give me hormone shots to make sure I lost weight in the right places , or not !!! I guess I was too embarrassed to tell my mother ! After all you trusted your doctor !! It took over 25 years to figure it out what he really was !!! its over 45 years ago now ! And all I could think was , " he had a daughter about my age " !!! And he was a " dirty old man !!! I think he's still alive and at his age he will be meeting his maker and will be answering for what he did to me and others !! After all these years I googled his name and read from the other women he violated all those years ago !! It was astonishing to see reviews from other women !! Gave me the strength to write this !! And life goes on !!!!!

So happy to hear somebody write about this. Many years ago as a teenager, I went to him with what I thought was an infection. A very strange pelvic exam later, I NEVER went back to him. I've always worried I should have reported it. If not for patients, then for whatever neighbors or kids/grandkids he might have.

42 years ago he was my doctor and my son's pediatrician. I was a naive young woman in my early 20's and he took advantage of that. During routine pelvic exams he asked me to take off my clothes and walk around in front of him. For years I was ashamed of this. Having just read another ladie's review in 2011 that another woman should be in the room during exams, makes me sick that he is STILL in practice. He needs to have his license revoked
