Unless you have time to waste don’t go here. They do not value your time or communicate with the waiting parents. Parents are not allowed back with their children, office policy. Had a cleaning scheduled at 9am and did not go back till after 10. Today she needed a baby tooth extracted she was back for nearly an hour when I asked if she was almost done, I was worried sick that something was wrong. They were just starting, she was back there in the waiting room watching cartoons the whole time! Do not go here!

unfortunatly i had anything but a pleasant experience, first when my daughter and niece were call3d up to be seen they though my sister and I were lesbians and tried to only allow 1 of us back to speak. after multiple explination they reluctantly allowed us both back with our own children. I had taken my daughter in for something as simple as a filling at the end of the examination I was informed she would need a root canal and that I needed to make my daughter a priority as apperent to the hygenist i do not. My daughter had been on vacation with her grandparents when it was discovered. So I got an agitated with good reason and requested a new dental hygienist. I was givin a new appointment all was good. until, I called 3 days ahead of the appointment that was scheduled a month and a half out and had been informed it was cancelled and was told the explination would have to come from the manager. So i call several times and wait and wait for a return call. I only was able to… speak with Janice after i called several time. I was then told my kids were not allowed to be seen because I couldn't maintain a professional relationship . at this point I am getting upset my daughter has been waiting in pain for her tooth to get fixed and I'm giving a sorry I wasn t there that day so I can't tell you. basically the employees can be biased based on sexuality preference and speak to you in whichever manner they please with no penalty but an 8year old is left on in pain with no notice of appointment being cancelled because they are mosconducted. I have contacted my carrier and requested that they be removed and my family attorney is next only because my daughter may have further complications because i am having to find a new dentist last minute.
