Dr. Raymond P Roos, MD

No idea how this guy has good reviews. After a year and a half illness, it was suggested to me that I might have a neuromuscular disease. This guy didn’t listen or entertain anything my wife or me said. Used to be an avid bodybuilder and have lost tons of muscle esp in chunks of my back. Literally missing. Was in best shape of my life at 44. This guy tries to write this off as me getting “older” and “not being like I was 21.” Huh? I was in better shape at 45 than 21. Not to mention, instead of reviewing my records beforehand he sat there in silence in front of my wife and I and said nothing for 10 min while he did this. No small talk, nothing. Then tried to write this all off to a thyroid issue because one simple test was off by 1/100th of a point. Very cold and impersonable. Not to ageist, but he’s way to old to be a doctor and doesn’t seem to enjoy it either.

My dad recently lost his battle with ALS but he was under the care of one of the most dedicated doctors in the world, Dr. Roos. Endlessly committed to research and quality medical care, Dr. Roos has been an inspiration in the darkness of ALS.

Dr. Roos was very kind & professional. It was hard to get a ALS diagnosis for my sister but Dr.Roos had compassion & answered all of our questions. We never felt that we were interfering or rushed in our time with him. We have thanked God that He put Dr. Roos into our lives at a very difficult time.
