Dr. Raymond Donald Santucci, MD

Dr. Santucci is treating my rare lung disease. He reads all my test results even before entering the exam room. Dr. Santucci is prepared to discuss my condition. He has helped me create care a plan in order for me to travel with my family.

I had one appointment with Dr. Raymond Santucci. He seemed polite and respectful as if he actually listened. When I left, I was referred out to another doctor for proper treatment. Weeks passed and Dr. Santucci's staff refused to release my medical records even though I had signed all the proper medical release forms twice! They insisted that they needed Dr. Santucci's personal signature in order to release the forms and he simply would not do it for whatever reason. So I had to go to the referred doctor and tell them that Dr. Santucci and his staff refused to release my records to them even though I'd given them permission to do so twice and asked them to do it. Why would I want to go back to him? I have no way of knowing if his staff is professional, lazy, or incompetent, or if the doctor himself does not like to release records or what is going on...because of course there is no way to contact him without going through his inept staff first. What kind of doctor's office will not… send your records to another doctor after several weeks? Would you feel comfortable going there?

I have never been so impressed with a doctor in Lee County in a long long time . He explains everything and you can ask him questions and get intelligent answers I think he’s going to help us finally someone who cares .

Dr Santucci is amazing. A year ago my dad was admitted to his ICU with multi-organ failure, hemorrhaging into his lungs, and nearly died. Dr Santucci saved his life through several procedures and medications. He spent over a month with his partners working on getting my father better and out of the ICU. He was so kind and supportive and warm, yet methodical and focused and brilliant. Because of him and his partners, my father is alive one year later and never better. He has allowed us more time with my dad to celebrate birthdays, grandkids, holidays, and every day. He is truly an angel and we are forever indebted to him. He is amazing physician and person.
