First and foremost, I would want to state that Dr. Ramond Washington successfully removed my gall bladder and repaired my hernia. He is, in my opinion, a superb physician, and the care I received from his team was the greatest I have ever had in a hospital. I heartily endorse him to anyone in need of these kinds of surgeries. I asked him questions, and he provided me straightforward answers. I'm not sure why a number of others gave him a negative review. However, I can attest from my experience that he is the most exceptional physician I have encountered in Pinehurst.

Gallbladder went to crap went to Doctor Washington for removal you can not get any better from a Doctor to staff.Dr.Washington is right straight to point and a forward person.

Dr. Washington seemed to become upset because I had done research on my illness and had questions to ask. He danced around many of my questions or his answers were very vague and he was dismissive.

The Dr. seemed cold and not very personable. He seemed reluctant to give answers on questions and avoided some questions

I was referred to Dr. Washington by my family doctor. The day my husband and I meet with him about my test results and future surgery, my husband had a lot of questions to ask and it appears he was getting uncomfortable with so many questions until he had to leave the room, then his nurse stated allow him to finish speaking and while he's explaining things, he will most likely answer your questions; some, if not all your questions you may have. As for the surgery he is the best. He shows concerns loving and kind but he just goes in a panic mood if questions are been asked; therefore I will rate him a 2 on that part.

Dr Washington was none of those things with my husband and I. His staff and he were most courteous answered our questions fully and most importantly came highly recommended by our primary doctor and the radiologist. I am looking forward to being his patient over next few weeks. J

Arrogant and uncompassionate towards patients. Doesn't seem to like patients asking questions. Worst bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen.
