Dr. Raymond W Whitted was recommended to me by a family member and it has been a wonderful experience. I suffer from heavy periods and had not seen a GYN in 5 years.. From the moment I stepped into the office I felt safe, and understood Dr. Whitted ran different test on me to make sure everything was o.k from the regular pap to even u/s they accommodated to my work schedule making it a breeze to schedule all the necessary appointments. I had a biopsy done and they held my hand thru it (literally)providing me the emotional support since its a rather scary situation. I even had my lab work done in the office which most times ends up being a horrible experience for me but they did it at the first try I barely could even see where I was pricked. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the office staff. I highly recommend Dr. Whitted he is empathetic, and trully dedicated to make his patients feel comfortable and cared for. He takes the time to explain everything step by step . The… office manager Armando is amazing he reassures patients and explains everything also and makes the patients as well as the doctor feel cared for. Iracema is also an angel she works to facilitate everything and makes scheduling a breeze I have not ever walked out of that office disappointed. There's truly not enough great things that I can say about them in general they are all god sent.

Dr. Whitted always takes his time answering my questions, doubts or concerns. He truly makes the patient feel safe and secure. Been going to him loyally for almost 3 years.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Whitted for the past 5 years. Reading some of the negative reviews on this site has left me shaking my head in disbelief and ultimately just laughing. (Oh my goodness! Voodoo?) To address a few issues: the longest wait time I’ve had was 1/2 hour. Office staff has been pleasant and efficient both during appointments and with follow-up phone communication. Armando? He is 100% helpful, efficient and competent. His demeanor is caring. I also find him fun to talk with when time permits. As for Dr Whitted: I am 64 years old. I’ve seen a couple of gynecologists in Philadelphia over the years. When I first arrived in Miami I followed the recommendation of my sister who is a longtime resident. I always thank her following my annual appointment. Dr Whitted is exactly what I hoped for. He is thoroughly experienced and competent. I feel well treated. I feel respected as a woman. I never feel rushed, ever. As is the case with other medical… appointments, if I do have to wait before seeing the doctor I realize it’s because s/he is taking time with a patient. Dr Whitted is excellent.

I have been going to Dr. Whitted for many years. He and his staff are excellent in all respects. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Whitted for a very long time. I can truly say that he is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He is extremely bright, innovative, caring, compassionate, professional. I could go on and on describing how wonderful he really is. There are very few doctors left like him. As far as the staff, Armando is very knowledgeable, and competent. I've always noticed how fast he can do so many things at once, and do them right! It is hard to find speed with accuracy..On many occasions that I have been there, he has been dealing with important phone calls while taking care of more than one patient on the counter, as well as, preparing patients' rooms, all at the same time; so, I always check my prescriptions and paperwork thinking it could be wrong because he was doing so many different things at once, and it is always accurate! The person who does the sonograms is very professional, caring, and very nice too. In addition, the way the place is decorated is very… pretty and well thought, the overall environment is very pleasan! I work with many other women, and we have been going to this doctor for a while now, and we are all very happy with him and his staff. I have recommended Dr. Whitted to several people, and they always call me to thank me, and tell me how impressed they are by him. Going to a gynecologist is one of the most uncomfortable things a woman has to do; however, Dr. Whitted's office is so nice in every way that is not a bother at all to go there!!!

Everyone knows how irrational and erratic Armando is he doesn't have any people skill at all Dr Whitted doesn't care like he doesn't care about how his patients feel in that office environment

I was a patient on 2010. Armando left me eait for two hours and when i complain he just told me that the doctor is not going to take care of me anymore. Now i understand that because a closely friend work with him and told me that dr Whitted and Armando are married. So who has the power in that office us Armando.

Dealing with staff was a nightmare! Took them 3 days and 5 calls to finally schedule my appointment and I was told there is only one available time in next 10 days. I got a friend and babysitter lined up to get kids from school cause appointment time was very inconvenient but I still took it. Only to receive cancellation call at 5pm the day before! Not even 24hours cancellation policy! And the best thing: next available appointment was in 26 days! Insane! Terrible attitude, terrible office management!
