Dr. Rayna C Jobe, MD

Was very rude and aggressive during urgent care appointment. I believe she had formed an idea of why I was there that was inaccurate and it either bothered her or in some way lowered her opinion of me. Really bad experience. I regretted going and just wanted it to end. Dr did not listen to my actual issue, I felt like I was on trial and needing to defend myself. She’d ask me questions and the refute my answer with evidence she had - ex: she asked if I’d ever taken a specific medication. I was unsure, and she says “well it says here you had it in 2010“ ok - so why not just say that? I thought I had a sinus infection, which is why I was there, doctor comes in telling me it’s not Covid, I don’t have Covid, congestion is not a symptom of Covid ... ok... that’s not why I was there? The only reason I went to urgent care vs my actual doctor is because I lost my insurance and urgent care costs less but never again. Just an awful experience. Would not recommend someone this aggressive.
