Dr. Raza Ali Patel, MD

Dr. Patel treats all three of my children for different things. I appreciate how safe and comfortable they feel talking to him. He excels at asking the right questions of them at their level and he never disregards their symptoms or concerns. He treats them as individuals where some others might only focus on their disease. I will be forever grateful he solved a complex swallowing disorder my son had struggled with since birth. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor! He is warm, kind and has improved my children’s health a great deal.

I was skeptical about going to him since his reviews were not the best but he was AMAZING! He talked way soft, he was soft when handling my daughter (3 months old) and he tried to sooth her after he was done with is examination. He talked about my options with me and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. I went in with my guard up and he completely was not what i was expecting. I am glad we were able to get my daughter in and get help and he was able to lead in the direction to make her more comfortable.

We were on a waiting list to see Dr. Pate for two and a half months. Supposedly on a cancelation list with no call. I had to leave town suddenly on business and had my mother take my daughter in for the appointment. Dr. Pate wanted a written consent to ser my daughter. My wife called and text the office. I called and emailed a copy of a written consent to Dr. Patel. He still refused to see my daughter. We pleaded as she had been in pain and we desperately wanted to see him. He obviously has no problem turning away a child in pain away that is sitting in his office. Way to follow the Hypocritic Oath Dr. Patel. If you want to take your child to a smug and uncaring doctor, this is your guy!

Dr. Patel was amazing to work with! He was able to quickly figure out what was wrong and help get my child on track to feeling better. He was so great with my child making her feel comfortable, which was huge for me after all we had gone through. I am so impressed with his follow up calls making sure we were doing good and knew what was going on.I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Patel spent so much time with our family, a whole hour! I have never had a doctor spent that kind of quality time with us regarding our child's condition. He was very detailed and had an excellent bed side manner. We would definitely recommend him to any family who has a child with a GI issue.
