Dr. Razi Mohammed Arifuddin, MD

Dr. Arifudden is very thorough, listens carefully, and stays with you until the problem is properly diagnosed and a plan of action set down. I have fullest confidence in him.

Used to be pretty good, but now will not answer basic questions, such as anti-emetic dosage prior to a procedure (!). The St. Joseph's digestive care group lacks staff support. You will wait months, even with acute condition and declining health, only to be shut down by Arifuddin when you finally get an appt. Seek some place else.

Arifuddin refused to spend the time after my procedure to explain his findings. Prior to the procedure he denigrated the staff at St. Joseph saying I had been "lucky" during my hospital stay that my doctors were good. There are too many good gastroenterologists to put up with Dr. Arifuddin's rudeness.

Took his time to address my concerns. Was very caring. Has an excellent reputation in both Sherman and Frisco.

Dr. Arifuddin was excellent, caring and imensely helpful. He had an excellent reputation in town which also helped.
