This is THE BEST MOST TALENTED CARDIAC SURGEON IN THE REGION. Dr. Finnegan has saved my life twice due to congenital aortic stenosis. HE IS THE ONLE CHOICE TO MAKE..... ST. JOSEPHS CARDIAC IS EXCEPTIONAL.
