She was a nightmare for me the worst experience with the doctor I have ever had she would not listen to anything I had to say she would not listen to me she tried to give me 4 different psych drugs within two weeks she ordered a brain Scan which was totally unnecessary I am now working with three different doctors together at the University of Utah research. Thank God I got away from her

Dr Schaplow completely ignored my concerns and told me it was highly unlikely that I was experiencing what I was feeling. She then sent the WRONG prescription to my pharmacy which will be very dangerous to me tonight since I won't have my medication! To make matters worse, I tried to call the on-call physician at her office to try to fix the prescription issue, and that doctor keeps ignoring my call with no option to leave a message- it is just a computer saying that the person I'm trying to reach is unavailable, and it hangs up on me. Do no harm? More like do as much harm as possible. Thanks for nothing, doctors.

Dr Schaplow had great bedside manner. Very personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend giving her a chance if you need a primary care physician

Dr. Schaplow is the most un compassionate doctor I have ever had. It takes a week for her to get back to you. She has no sympathy for chronic pain pt. she discredits everything I said even when there were my other drs notes explaining my condition. I don't know what can make her so heartless.

She was very attentive and thorough. I felt she was concerning to my issue. She made me feel like finally someone listened to me.
