The doctor was excellent but the service at facilities is horrible

Dr Martin is from the old school: tons of papers in your file to the point that he doesn't know anymore which prescriptions he gave you last time. Since he sold his practice to Associates MD, it's gotten worse. The staff doesn't care about patients, it's only a job for them. Dr Martin is still lost in his paperwork more than ever even if the new medical group wants him to modernize. Time for him to retire and let a young doctor take over.

My first contact was with Heather. She represents the office and staff very well with courtesy and professionalism. I can't say enough about the girls as they were just fun to be around. It was quite refreshing. Dr. Martin reminds me of the doctor I had when I was a child over 30 years ago. He has an exceptional personality and bedside manner, He'll also make you laugh. He treated me as a person with respect and dignity. I was a new patient today, and I can't say enough about how comfortable he made me feel and validated me as a person. He is also a very skilled physician. He spent the necessary time to review all of the medical records that I brought to him as well as pictures I took off my face and chest from lupus flare ups. If you are looking for a primary docter then look no further, if you want someone who will listen to you and has a courteous staff then this is the office you need to be with. If you see this Dr Martin, thank you for today.

Dr Real, is very likeable and spends time with all of his patients. You can walk in feeling as if you want to die and he can make you smile. He is also honest and straightforward with you. He does not try to book visits for insurance payments . As a matter of fact he is the first doctor ever to recommmend seeing me in another 2 years.
