Dr. Rebecca Jane Baird, MD

I recently went to Dr. Baird as a new patient. I was waiting in the room for my pap smear and could hear her talking rudely in the hall about how she had somewhere she needed to go and "let me just go get this over with so I can get out of here". Well that made me feel welcome. She comes in and does the pap smear without much bedside manner. She asks if there is anything else and I tell her that I am in menopause and experiencing night sweats, weight gain and other symptoms and if there is anything hormone therapy wise that I could do to ease the symptoms. She stated that there was no magic pill and that unless I was willing to commit to no carbs, no alcohol and working out for an hour a day that she couldn't help me and walked out. I almost cried. Never again will I go to her. And I strongly suggest she brush up on her medical education because there are things that can be done to help hormonal menopausal women other than insulting them in her office. I am now going to a… compassionate knowledgeable doctor who is helping me and I feel better than ever.

I had gone to see her about a new pregnancy. I apparently rely miscarried, but her cold demeanor and quickness to rush me out of the office e was very obvious. Terrible experiance. I never knew why I miscarried barely knew it was going to happen. However she did gladly try and and squeeze as much mo eh as she could from me before sending me off. Extra blood test that were unneeded even after the ultrasound showed nothing in my wound. And I never had a follow up call to tell me why. It was all just left. How is that for take the money and run?

If Dr. Baird is your Dr. after surgery, do not expect reliable care.

Dr. Baird is so kind and so wise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone of any age.

Dr. Baird delivered all 3 of my children. I couldn't have asked for a better a doctor. I don't think there is one!
